Do you offer pickup and delivery?

Yes. We offer an express courier pick-up and drop-off service throughout the UK for iPad, iPhone, Mac, and Xbox repairs. All items are fully insured for your peace of mind.

Do you have a walk-in repair workshop in Central London?

Yes! We have a walk-in repair centre at:

160 Commercial Road, London, E1 1NL.

Most repairs can be carried out while-you-wait, but to be sure due to high volumes, some days, please call ahead to avoid disappointment.

What type of warranty do you offer with your systems?

We offer a standard 90-day warranty on all parts and labour. If you run into any problems with your repaired product during this time, simply give us a call or email, and we’ll work to resolve the issue quickly and without quibble.

Do you offer on-site service?

Yes. We offer onsite service throughout London and the surrounding areas. Most upgrades, repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting can be performed on-site for iPad, iPhone, and Mac services.

Do you offer Pay as You Go maintenance?

Yes. We offer a pay-as-you-go service for businesses across the southeast. We also provide maintenance contracts for larger networks. We already support hospitals, schools, and law firms. If you’re interested in discussing maintenance or consultancy, please get in touch with our team.

Do you give free estimates?

Yes. If an item is brought into our walk-in repair centre, we will evaluate your requirements and provide a competitive quote. However, if the issue requires in-depth investigation, a fee may apply. We’ll notify you beforehand if this is the case.

What areas do you provide your mobile services to?

We cover London and the surrounding areas for mobile services. Our technicians can come directly to your home, office, or business for repairs.

How long does a repair take at my home or office?

  • iPhone Repairs – Usually no longer than 30 minutes, most repairs are completed in about 20 minutes.
  • iPad Repairs – Can take up to 1 hour, with some rare cases requiring more time.
  • Mac Repairs – Typically take 1 to 2 hours depending on the type of repair. Most small repairs take no longer than 30 minutes.

Do you offer same-day repair and support services?

Yes! We offer same-day repairs for many devices. In some cases, we can have one of our technicians with you within 1 hour.

Do you use original parts?

Yes. We always use original parts when available. If original parts are no longer available, we will use only the highest quality aftermarket parts. We pride ourselves on never using cheap, low-quality parts.

How qualified are your technicians?

Our technicians are highly trained and have extensive experience in repairing Apple devices. All engineers undergo the iFixExpress exam before joining our team. Many are certified Macintosh technicians and Apple professionals, so you can trust that your device is in expert hands.

Do you provide a weekend service?

Our walk-in repair centre is open on Saturdays until 1 PM, but we are closed on Sundays and public holidays. We can still provide call-out repair services on weekends. If you’re interested in weekend service, please contact us to discuss your options. We also offer emergency engineer services until late, 7 days a week.

Do branches outside London provide repairs for other brands?

Yes, we now offer repairs for devices beyond Apple, including Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel, and Kindle devices. Check our locations page for more details about specific services available near you.
